Role Description The Developer Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs for software developers working with the Infolinx platform. This role involves creating training materials, including documentation, presentations, code samples, and hands-on exercises that support effective learning.

The Developer

Trainer will conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, and will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure training content is accurate and up to date. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, updating curricula based on product changes,



gathering feedback from participants, and improving training approaches to enhance developer proficiency and productivity. The role also includes mentoring developers, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives, and contributing to best practices for using and extending Infolinx solutions.

Qualifications

Strong software development skills using up-to-date programming languages and frameworks relevant to web-based and cloud solutions.

Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or developer-focused educational content.

Ability to create clear, structured documentation, presentations, and instructional materials for technical audiences.

Familiarity with records management, information governance, or compliance-focused software is beneficial.

Comfort working in a remote environment, including using collaboration tools and managing time independently.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.

Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and configurable, web-based enterprise applications is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
