FTP Role Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Mainframe applications in high-volume environments

Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing, and defect management

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Follow standardized frameworks, processes, and deployment procedures

Provide production support and ensure seamless application performance Good-to-Have Skills

CICS, MVS, TAPE, DASD

DevOps pipeline integration and automation frameworks

Agile & Scrum methodology experience

Banking domain knowledge, especially Branch Banking, Retail Banking, or Self-Service Banking.
