ElderGo is India’s dedicated travel company for seniors (60+). We design and run all-inclusive group tours — international and domestic — for retired travellers who want to see the world in comfort, safety and valuable company. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone to own the trips themselves.
The Role
You’ll own ElderGo’s travel products from start to finish — deciding where our travellers go, shaping the journeys, and building the on-ground partnerships that make each trip work. It’s a rare mix of creativity, deal-making and ownership: every trip you build carries your fingerprint, and you get to see the joy it creates. You’ll work closely with the founders, with real freedom to shape how ElderGo travels.
Who Should Apply
- At least 2 years of experience designing travel itineraries and coordinating with vendors/ DMCs — this is essential.
- Hands-on experience planning trips across multiple destinations, in India and abroad.
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for negotiation.
- Someone who likes to own their work end to end — not wait to be handed a checklist.
- Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be.
