Material storage, Line feeding, part counting and coordinate with senior about line side material shortages.
- Incoming Material storage part wise in rack system along with counting maintain in storage racks Minium & Maxum storage parts as per declared capacity.
- As per daily production plan part issue to line in time without delay from store against production plan. Also guide and educate the team to avoid wrong supply.
- Daily critical parts line side shortages updates to be share to senior to avoid any surprise shortages.
- Maintaining 6's in line side and material storage area's.
