Who You Are

You're a detail-oriented analyst with experience in security monitoring, incident detection, and alert tuning. You're eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help enhance detection capabilities across various security platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Incident Detection & Analysis

- Monitor events generated by various security tools to detect potential incidents
- Investigate alerts and escalate to RSOC as needed

Tuning & Alert Optimization

- Review alerts regularly to reduce false positives and noise
- Analyze patterns and trends to improve detection accuracy
- Collaborate with detection and automation teams to optimize configurations




- Document changes and track the impact on system performance
- Refine alert thresholds to ensure critical issues are not missed

Reporting & Documentation

- Follow internal documentation standards and processes
- Update or create documentation when gaps are identified
- Maintain high-quality documentation for better team efficiency and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a security analyst role
- Successful completion of our analyst training program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of SIEM tools, and hands-on experience with EDR and EPP platforms
- Knowledge of network and system security, threat detection, and incident response
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment

Desired Qualifications

- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH are a plus
