Zycus is hiring Desktop Support Engineer for our ITIS team for Pune / Bangalore location. The position reports into the Operations Specialist- ITIS The primary job responsibilities include:

Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10), Email (Outlook), File Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.

Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc.

Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.

Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like MS TEAMS, Skype for Business, Web Ex etc.

Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management

Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.

Ideal candidate would have:

Bachelors Degree - BE / B.TECH / MCA

Ability to troubleshoot operating systems, hardware software

Good communication skills





Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Understanding of Office 365

Positive logical ability time management skills

Smart approach towards incident management The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like MS TEAMS , Skype for Business, Web Ex etc
