Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and brand materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, producing layouts, selecting imagery and typography, and preparing files for production.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, interpreting briefs into clear visual solutions, and revising designs based on feedback.



The Designer will also help maintain brand consistency across all materials and stay informed about design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent applications).

Experience creating visual assets for digital platforms (e.g., social media, web graphics, presentations, email campaigns).

Ability to develop layouts, select typography and color palettes, and apply brand guidelines consistently.

Skills in preparing print-ready files and understanding basic production requirements for both digital and print outputs.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work;

experience in media, marketing, or advertising environments is an advantage.

Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
