We’re looking for a Design & Operations Associate who can handle both AutoCAD design and end-to-end project execution. This is not a desk-only role — you’ll be owning the project from measurement to installation.

- Design (AutoCAD) • Create accurate 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for custom shower enclosures • Translate site measurements into exact design layouts • Ensure designs are practical for installation and fabrication • Work closely with sales team to finalize designs with customers 2.

Operations

Management • Manage daily project execution from order to installation • Coordinate with: ◦ Fabrication team ◦ Installation team ◦ Vendors & logistics • Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery (within 7 days) • Handle basic site visits / measurements when require 3. Quality & Customer Experience • Ensure zero-error execution in design and installation • Resolve on-ground issues quickly • Maintain Bathsy’s standard of premium finish and service
