About The Role We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Interior Design Consultant to join our team at HomeLane. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on interior design solutions that align with their vision and budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative design concepts. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 2-4 years in interior design,



customer engagement, or sales is preferred.

Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively understand client needs and present compelling design proposals. A keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical.

Prior experience in residential interior design and familiarity with current design trends will be advantageous. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
