Job brief:

Within the creative marketing team at Schneider Electric, you will join a young, dynamic creative team under the direction of marketing managers. You will be involved in all stages of video creation (script, storyboarding, production, post-production). The videos produced will be used for e-commerce, social media, and the Schneider Electric website.

Responsibilities and tasks:

This role requires you to:

Ability to manage projects autonomously while working in a team.

Participate in all stages of video content creation (script, storyboarding, production, post-production)

Follow Schneider Electric brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency

Adapt to different types of videos (tutorials, advertisements, corporate videos, etc.)

In this role, you may be required to:

Upload and publish digital assets in the Digital Asset Management Tool (DAM)

Skills:

Primary Skill

Mastery of the Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Proficiency in 3D modeling software Blender

Good communication skills in English, spoken and written, to produce top content for international publication and be comfortable with native and non-native speakers.

Must demonstrate project management capability - planning and tracking deliverables, anticipating blocking points, organizing regular meetings and reporting the status of all deliverables to the stakeholders

Knowledge of new Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content creation

Knowledge of Industrial automation products, their functions, design, and applications

Qualifications:

Degree in multimedia graphic design, visual design, or related field

5+ years of experience in a similar role (internal, agency, or freelance)

Portfolio required (PDF or website link) showcasing your creative work

Nice to have:

Knowledge and understanding of Schneider Electric products

Knowledge of French
