We Are Seeking A Skilled And Detail-Oriented AutoCAD Engineer To Join Our Team In The Construction Of Swimming Pools. As An AutoCAD Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Creating Accurate And Comprehensive Drawings, Including Plans, Cross-Sections, Plumbing Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Tiling Drawings, And More.

Responsibilities

1. Create Precise And Detailed AutoCAD Drawings For Landscape and Swimming Pool Construction Projects, Adhering To Industry Standards And Specifications.
2. Develop Comprehensive Plans, Including Site Layouts, Landscape Details, Plumbing Layouts, Pool Dimensions, Equipment Placement, And Other Related Details.
3. Generate Cross-Sections To Showcase The Structural Elements And Design Features of Swimming Pools, Water Features etc.
4. Prepare Plumbing Drawings, Indicating The Placement Of Pipes, Valves, And Other Necessary Components.
5. Produce Electrical Drawings, Illustrating The Wiring, Lighting, And Electrical Connections
6. Create Tiling Drawings, Highlighting The Layout And Pattern For The Pool's Tiling Design.
7. Utilize AutoCAD 2018 To Its Full Potential, Demonstrating Proficiency In Features Such As Layers, Groups, Blocks, And Calculating Areas And Volumes.
8. Collaborate Closely With Architects, Engineers, And Project Managers To Ensure Accurate And Productive Design Implementation.
9. Review And Revise Drawings Based On Feedback From The Project Team,



Ensuring Compliance With Project Requirements And Building Codes.
10. Maintain Organized Files And Documentation Of All Drawings, Versions, And Revisions.
11. Preparations of Costing, Quotations Quantity survey and Project reports.

Requirements:
1. Proven Experience As An AutoCAD Engineer Or Good Knowledge Of The Same.
2. In-Depth Knowledge And Proficiency In AutoCAD 2018, Including Features Such As Layers, Groups, Blocks, And Area/Volume Calculations.
3. Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Create Accurate And Precise Drawings.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision.
5. Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
6. Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
7. A Proactive And Adaptable Approach To Handle Changes And Challenges That May Arise During The Design Process.
8. A Degree Or Certification In A Relevant Field, Such As Civil Engineering Or Architecture, Is Preferred But Not Required.
