Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Design

Engineer will be responsible for developing mechanical and electronic designs for aerospace and defence systems, from concept through detailed design and validation. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing CAD models and drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements,



and supporting prototype development and testing. The role involves performing design calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing technical documentation and design reports.

The Design

Engineer will also work closely with production and quality teams to address design issues, improve manufacturability, and support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–10 years of experience in analog and digital circuit design
- Strong experience with PCB design review, signal integrity, and manufacturability considerations
- Proven ability to lead system integration across hardware, firmware, and test teams
- Skilled in preparing engineering documentation — design specs, ICDs, and test reports
- Strong problem-solving skills for design validation and prototype bring-up
- Experience in Defence and Aerospace electronics is a strong plus
