Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across specialized and business-critical roles.

- Partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategic hiring plans.

- Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis to identify and engage high-quality talent.

- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines to support current and future business requirements.

- Drive hiring outcomes with a strong focus on quality of hire, stakeholder experience, offer closures, and turnaround time.

- Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

- Proactively engage passive talent and build long-term candidate relationships to create a sustainable talent ecosystem.

- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in managing niche, specialized,



or mid-to-senior level hiring mandates.

- Strong expertise in market mapping, talent research, competitive intelligence, and pipeline creation.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders while delivering hiring outcomes aligned to business priorities.

- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, with the ability to identify and attract high-caliber talent from the market.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive, consultative, and solution-oriented approach with strong execution capabilities.

- High ownership mindset with a passion for delivering quality talent and building long-term talent partnerships.

- Experience in BFSI or other complex, talent-driven industries will be an added advantage.
