Job Role

- Drive life insurance sales through assigned Canara Bank branches.
- Build and strengthen relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
- Generate business through customer referrals from the bank.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Conduct joint customer meetings and sales calls with bank officials.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Train and motivate bank staff to increase insurance business.
- Ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and after-sales support.
- Track branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
