Accountabilities Scope of work Unit Sales HR Business Partnering Partner with Sales heads on organizational design, workforce planning,

succession planning, and skills assessment in the Unit Coordinate with Cluster Sales HR to implement Unit-wide HR related initiatives Reach out to the frontline sales force to ensure valuable connect and resolve issues in minimum time and also ensuring that all relevant HR processes are communicated and build a strong employer proposition.

Onboarding and Lifecycle Management Onboarding of new joiners for all grades and conducting induction sessions in the Unit Sending New joiner docket to HO & Plant team for Employee Code generation as well as maintaining records & physical employee files. Collating and sending attendance inputs to HO & Plant for payroll processing

(OnRoll Employees) and Offroll employees and ensuring ontime salary disbursement Recruitment & Staffing Responsible for recruitment in the unit for the frontline sales force, channel

Wise (Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Up Country)



Maintain the employee headcount as per the Annual Operating Plan and track it on a monthly basis Employee Engagement & Culture Building Own the R&R; for the region as per plan Own up the engagement agenda for the region as per the agreed plan and ensure high employee involvement. Drive the organizational Values and Code of Conduct to the frontline sales force through appropriate communication.

Capability Building

Coordinating and Conducting the Annual Appraisal process for the Unit for

On-roll and off-roll employees Ensure employee development as per development needs highlighted through

Performance management process & People planning Create Performance improvement plan in alignment with Business for the people in concerned area. Implementation of change initiatives and supporting continuous improvement in sales function. Facilitate delivery of training and development activities for employees and monitor effectiveness for business results as per the requirement.

Reporting and Analytics Providing MIS reports (Headcount details, Exit details, Recruitment details etc.) & other Data as and when required by HO, Sales team, Local Commercial,
