Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with project lead, cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing.

- Coordinate between multiple projects and cross functional teams.

- Generate Gantt charts, track changes and deliver multiple projects in a program from inception to completion.

- Implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objective.

- Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external vendors.





- Identify risk and opportunities across multiple projects.

- Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

- End to End project management from Start to Launch for the projects assigned.

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelors / Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Hands-on engineering.

- 4 to 5 yrs of experience in a Program/Project management role managing stakeholders.

- Good understanding of 2 wheeler - Mechanical systems- Brakes, suspension , plastics, Frame , Drive train.

- Valuable understanding of 2 wheeler Electrical system (Battery, BMS, VCU, IoT, Charging, lightings, Motor & MCU).

- Effective interpersonal and Communication Skills.

- Coordination and inter-team dependency mapping.

- Stakeholder management and Conflict Resolution.

- Knowledge on program/project tools, techniques and scheduling.

- MS Office Documentation.
