1. Plan & execute the Manufacturing & Maintenance operations of the plant as per business demands and confirmed orders received at plant.
2. Collaborate with SCM team on order demands, purchase schedules and with production team on machine schedules, allocation of resources for on time customer delivery .
3. Safe Operation of Plant, reporting & initiating actions to control when near miss or incidents occur. Reporting of Compliances as per Lex Comply.
4. Risk management, Quality Management & Environment Managements are implements & documented for compliances.
5. Team building & Managing team along with cross functional team collaboration.
6. Ensure the defined KPI are met & tracked in his functional areas.
7. Ensure Quality objectives are met and customer feedbacks and complaints if any are investigated with CAPA.
8. Analyze Production Processes and Products for continual Improvement.

Involve in CAPEX budgeting and execute the projects as per approved CAPEX with timeline.
10. Review of Production capacity utilization, resource utilization, manufacturing expenses and product cost.
11. Collaborate with NPD team on product, process developments
12. Training of the team in operations for excellence.
13. SAP Rise implementation in Production, Maintenance modules

Preferred candidate profile

- BE/ B.Tech 10 - 12 years of experience in related field.
- In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
- Confident and valuable decision-making ability with attention to detail
