- · To monitor and drive business of DO location through:

1. Agency – Recruitment / Engagement/ Activation
2. OEM – Private Cars/ Tractor Dealer Activation
3. Banca – B3/ CSC Activation

- · To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) location
- · Achieve the top line & BDE/ELR as per defined matrix
- · Driving renewals as per target
- · Morning & Evening Business Reporting
