Responsibilities Lead and oversee the planning design and construction of infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai Collaborate with internal teams external stakeholders and government entities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery Supervise and coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction and infrastructure development Identify and mitigate project risks escalating issues as necessary to senior management Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders including senior leadership Stay current on industry trends best practices and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Master s degree in a relevant discipline preferred 6-8 years of experience in the Construction industry
