:

- Managing end-to-end EBO (COCO / FOFO) Stores Operations
- To achieve topline and bottomline for Store allotted.

- Handling EBO Operation for COCO and FOFO Stores in Area

- Responsible to ensuring profitability of Store in the assigned territories

- Ensure staff and merchandise availability.

- Responsible for Maintaining VM / Product guideline across stores.

- Liaise with key stakeholders: distributors, / Project team and accounts.

Principal Accountabilities

- - Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple internal teams across all stages until store opening.

- Creating a balance in store count / location growth and demand to ensure optimization & avoid cannibalisation of existing stores.

- Periodic review of with the franchisee on delivery vs promise grid, To ensure that the franchisee is getting the required ROI.
