Responsibilities

- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related breakdowns.

- Ensure high equipment uptime and minimize production losses.

- Maintain and troubleshoot automated production lines, conveyors, robots, PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Monitor machine health parameters and recommend improvement actions.

- Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of recent equipment.

- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.

- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and manufacturing standards.

- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and equipment performance dashboards.

- Participate in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
