Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance on CNC, HMC, VMC programming and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with union representatives to resolve labor issues and improve working conditions.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 22-28 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in machine shop operations.
- Robust knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control), HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) & VMC (Vertical Machining Center).
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively and resolving complex problems efficiently.
