Roles & Responsibilities:

Actas a strategic partner to the CHRO, driving HR initiatives in alignment withthe organizations long-term vision and goals.

LeadIndustrial Relations (IR) and ensure harmonious labor relations across allunits through proactive engagement with workmen, unions, and legal bodies.

Liaiseextensively with key internal stakeholders and external entities, includinggovernment officials, statutory bodies, and regulatory authorities, to ensurecompliance and foster solid institutional relationships.

Overseetalent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning, ensuringalignment with business needs and future readiness.

Ensureall HR and IR policies are in full compliance with labor laws, industrystandards, and Vedanta Groups internal guidelines.





Drivedigital transformation and automation across all HR verticals to enhanceoperational efficiency and employee experience.

Experience & Qualification:

EducationalQualification: MBA/M.A (HR/Personnel Management), SHRM / SPHRI certificationwill be appreciated.

RelevantExperience: 8 - 10 years

Abilityto effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees andStakeholder

Strongknowledge of labor relations and statutory compliance around the same
