The role focuses on accelerating implementations, improving financial insight quality, and embedding pre built AI and analytics capabilities into management accounting processes—without building or training AI models. Core Responsibilities Enterprise Management Accounting Delivery Design and implement SAP S/4HANA CO solutions covering cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, margin analysis, and management reporting.

Translate finance and business requirements into scalable CO configurations and end to end processes. Support full lifecycle delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post go live support. AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirement analysis,



functional design, configuration validation, documentation, test case creation, and defect resolution.

Apply AI assisted techniques to identify cost anomalies, margin drivers, and process inefficiencies. Leverage pre built AI and analytics capabilities within SAP (e.g., insights, automation, predictive signals where available) to enhance decision making. Integration & Financial Enablement Integrate SAP CO with SAP S/4HANA Finance, logistics modules, and enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.

Collaborate with finance, analytics, and IT teams to ensure accurate, auditable, and compliant financial data flows. Understand AI concepts such as intelligent insights, forecasting support, and automation at an applied level, without owning model design.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with finance leaders, controllers, and business stakeholders to align CO solutions with management reporting and performance objectives. Communicate complex financial and system concepts clearly to non technical audiences. Act as a bridge between finance teams and AI native specialists when advanced AI capabilities are required.

Governance & Adoption Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, financial controls, compliance, security, and responsible AI guidelines. Support change management, user enablement, and adoption across finance and controlling teams. Drive continuous improvement using feedback, analytics, and AI enabled accelerators.

Primary

Skills (Must Have) SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) expertise. Solid understanding of costing, profitability, and financial controlling processes.

Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation. Ability to align financial solutions with business performance and decision making outcomes. Secondary / Good to Have Skills Experience with S/4HANA Finance (FI) and logistics integrations. Exposure to analytics, reporting, or financial planning concepts. Familiarity with change management and large finance transformations. Working knowledge of automation or intelligent insights in finance operations.

What This Role Does Not Require

No training or fine tuning of AI/ML models. No ownership of AI architectures or MLOps pipelines. Focus remains on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI engineering or research.
