Key Responsibilities

- Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed deployment plans for telecom sites, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, vendors, and operations) to align project timelines.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

- Execution
- Supervise in office activities including tower erection, equipment installation, cabling, and power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve on-ground challenges.
- Handover & Documentation
- Conduct site acceptance testing and quality audits before handover.
- Prepare and maintain deployment documentation including drawings, test reports, and compliance certificates.
- Ensure smooth transition of deployed sites to operations teams with zero disruption.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical,



or related engineering discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure deployment or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of civil works (foundations, shelters, towers), mechanical systems (structural stability, HVAC), and electrical systems (power supply, DG sets, earthing).
- Familiarity with telecom equipment installation, fiber/copper cabling, and power management.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple site deployments simultaneously.
