- Prepare the dental operatory before each patient.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures like RCT, Extraction, Implants, etc.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Prepare dental materials and equipment as required.
- Ensure the treatment area is clean and organized.
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation.
- Monitor inventory and inform the clinic about low stock.
Receptionist
- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
- Register new patients and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate billing and collect payments.
- Manage follow-up appointments and patient reminders.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers willing to learn are welcome.
- Valuable communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and internet).
- Friendly, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism.
