RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customers.
- Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations.
- Provide post-training support and resolve product queries.
- Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Track training completion and adoption metrics.
- Improve training experience based on feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
