Role Description The Delivery Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of Canada immigration and visa consulting services, ensuring that client cases move smoothly from initial assessment through documentation, submission, and follow-up.

The Delivery

Manager will coordinate with consulting teams, allocate resources, and track progress against timelines and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing client expectations, resolving escalations, monitoring program performance, and driving operational improvements in service delivery.



The role also involves close collaboration with leadership to refine processes, maintain compliance with immigration regulations, and support training and development of the delivery team.

Qualifications

- Strong program management and delivery management skills, including experience organizing multiple client engagements and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient analytical skills for case evaluation, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction, stakeholder coordination, and explicit documentation.
- Team management capabilities, including mentoring, workload planning, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, propose suitable immigration pathways, and provide structured guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in immigration, visa consulting, or professional services delivery is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and client satisfaction.
