What are we looking for? Relevant years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale learning programs
Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field
Post-graduate qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or HR is desirable
"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategy
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions
Manage learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and deployment of blended learning models (digital, classroom, experiential)
Oversee vendor partnerships, external trainers, and learning platforms
Track learning effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, and impact assessments
Ensure compliance with Australia-specific workplace learning, accessibility, and inclusion requirements
Mentor L&D; team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function
Solid expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP, and virtual facilitation tools
Stakeholder management and consultative skills with senior leadership
Knowledge of Australian workforce regulations, DEI standards, and accessibility practices
Data-driven mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and outcomes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
