With a strong global footprint and expertise in Finance & Accounting services, the organization is expanding its FP&A; Center of Excellence and is seeking an experienced leader to drive Delivery Excellence, governance, process transformation, and continuous improvement across large-scale finance operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Delivery Excellence Lead to establish and lead the Delivery Excellence function within a rapidly growing FP&A; Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for driving governance, quality, productivity, operational excellence, risk management, and AI-enabled transformation while supporting the organization's expansion from 100+ to 1,000+ finance professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or BPO environments with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Experience: 15–20+ Years

CTC: ₹40–50 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Delivery Excellence, governance,



and operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive SLA/KPI management, quality, productivity, and process improvements.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, automation, and AI-led transformation.
- Manage risk, compliance, audits, and executive reporting.
- Partner with global leadership to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 15–20+ years of experience in FP&A;, Finance Operations, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or BPO.
- Proven experience leading large global delivery organizations.
- Strong expertise in Delivery Excellence, Governance, Quality, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Maturity Assessments.
- Excellent stakeholder management across global teams.

Qualifications
- CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance)

Mandatory Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory)
- Experience in BPO/Business Process Services
- Around 20 years of experience

Preferred Certifications
- FPAC
- PMP
- Power BI / Analytics
- AI for Finance / Hyper automation

Preferred Industry BPO, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or large enterprise finance organizations.
