Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi for a Delivery Associate cum Helper. The role involves picking up and delivering items safely to customers and business partners, following assigned routes and schedules.

The Delivery

Associate cum Helper will assist with loading and unloading goods, basic packing, and organizing items at the workplace.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate delivery records, handling cash or proof of delivery when required, and providing polite, customer-focused service. The role may also include supporting simple in-store or workshop tasks, keeping the work area clean, and coordinating with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with clients.
- Basic knowledge of logistics management and transportation, including route planning and timely deliveries.
- Willingness to participate in training to learn company processes, safety procedures, and handling of valuable items.
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely and perform basic helper duties in the workshop or store.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time on-site in New Delhi.
- Basic reading and writing skills for maintaining delivery records; prior experience in delivery or helper roles is an advantage.
- Valid local transportation knowledge; possession of a driving license or familiarity with city routes is preferable.
