About the Role
As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for driving delegate registrations for our summits and events by reaching out to senior professionals (CXOs, business leaders) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, building relationships, and converting prospects into confirmed attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential delegates (CXO/senior leadership audience)
via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Pitch event value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Maintain and update CRM/lead trackers with accurate delegate status
- Achieve weekly/monthly delegate acquisition targets
