About the Role

Venture Skill India CAD Training Hi-Tech Institute is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated DCA & Tally Trainer to join our Head Office team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting theory and practical hands-on classes for students enrolling in the Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) and Tally (with GST) courses. You will play a vital role in building practical digital literacy and job-oriented accounting skills for students to help them prepare for the job market.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery

- Conduct interactive classroom lectures and lab-based practical sessions for DCA and Tally students.
- Deliver comprehensive lessons on computer fundamentals, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), operating systems, and internet/web utilities.
- Teach end-to-end accounting concepts using Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9, including:
- Company creation, ledger management, and voucher entry.
- Inventory management, purchase/sales orders, and stock tracking.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST) configuration, invoicing, e-way bills, and GST return filing basics.
- Payroll management, TDS, and generating financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

1. Assessment & Student Support

- Prepare daily/weekly practical lab exercises, mock tests, and real-world accounting case studies.
- Track individual student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback.




- Address student queries during lab sessions and offer extra support to struggling learners.

1. Curriculum & Lab Administration

- Ensure computer lab systems are updated with necessary software (MS Office, Tally Prime) and properly maintained for daily classes.
- Maintain student attendance records, batch schedules, and performance logs for management reporting.
- Assist in updating course material to stay aligned with the latest software versions and taxation rules.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred for accounting/Tally modules) or B.Sc/BCA/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 with deep practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory management.
- Mastery of MS Office (especially Advanced Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and computer applications.
- Tally Certification is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Patient, approachable teaching style adaptable to students from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Positive classroom management and time-allocation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of PF & ESIC)
