Qualifications

Must need to have Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR, payroll, and financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

- Experience in reporting and analysis, including building, modifying, and optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM reports and dashboards.

- Background in finance or HR operations, with understanding of payroll, workforce management, and key performance metrics.

- Proficiency in data analytics, including data validation, trend analysis, and visualization using reporting tools or BI platforms.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, document requirements, and present findings clearly.

- Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM (reporting,



data views, and configuration) or other enterprise HR/Payroll systems is strongly preferred.

- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or similar query languages are beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.

- Detail-oriented mindset, commitment to data accuracy, and a continuous improvement approach to reporting processes.
