Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Databricks Developer with 4+ years of experience in data engineering, big data technologies, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud-based data solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and up-to-date data lakehouse architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data processing.
- Develop solutions using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Python.
- Implement data ingestion frameworks from various sources such as APIs, databases, flat files,



and streaming platforms.
- Work with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop data models and support data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
- Follow CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies for deployment automation.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
