We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Database Manager to manage, maintain, and optimize our business database for B2B exhibitions and conferences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data sourcing, validation, segmentation, and ensuring the accuracy of customer and prospect databases to support marketing and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and build high-quality B2B databases across target industries.
- Maintain and update the master database with accurate and verified information.
- Validate data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Segment databases based on industry, geography, job function, and other criteria.
- Support the Marketing and Sales teams by providing targeted data for campaigns and delegate acquisition.
- Remove duplicate and outdated records while maintaining data hygiene.
- Generate database reports and analyze data quality metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand database requirements and improve data management processes.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
