Role Description The Data Structure Trainer role at GeekBase Technology is a full time hybrid position based in Namakkal, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The trainer will design and deliver engaging lessons on data structures and related programming concepts for students and early-career professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting classroom and online sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers to improve curriculum content,



supporting learners with doubt clarification, and keeping training materials aligned with current industry practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including data structures, algorithms, and relevant programming languages.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Lecturing skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training experience, including conducting workshops, labs, or coaching sessions for learners at various levels.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills to provide practical examples and guide learners through real-world coding scenarios.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to create structured learning content, use online teaching tools, and adapt to both in-person and remote training environments.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in programming or data structures is an advantage.
