Job Purpose

- Data Steward is responsible for carrying out data through various sources aligned with security policies through governance initiatives. Incumbent should have technical expertise as well as business / functional skills.

- Business understanding and technical skills would be expected for this role.

- Strong Communication & collaboration skills are also required.,

- He / She should act as liaison between business teams, IT and Team members.

Job Responsibilities(JR)

- Business Reporting

1. Overall responsibility to understand the Business Requirements, Data sources, Data Pointers and its accessibility.

2. Apply the business logic into the gathered data, analyze and identify the ways of doing the processing.

3. Responsible for doing Internal Validation and produce the meaningful output to business team, for their validation and assist them for entire process.

4. Assist Team Manager in Special Projects, Team initiatives.

- Understanding Business Dynamics & Coordination

1. Frequent Interactions with Business Teams for any MIS needs

2. Manage Delivery of Current and Change requirements in MIS feasibility study, evaluate, impact analysis, test and successfully implement the business requirements
3.



To have a thorough understanding of MIS Processes, Products and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for process re-engineering, drive process improvements, eliminate/decrease manual activities and streamline processes across BIU.

4. Resolving queries and concerns rose by business and manage escalations.

5. Co-ordinate, track and monitor the SLAs are met by related dependent teams during data I/O

1. Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestion for Improvement.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduation:

Degree in Computer science, Finance, Banking Technology

- MBA Finance

Key Skills

- MSBI

- SQL SERVER

- Programming Skills

- Oracle.

Experience Required

- Minimum experience in years – 3-7 Years

- Exposure to banking preferable
