Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision and Vision Language Models, you will be at the forefront of developing advanced AI solutions that bridge the gap between visual data and natural language understanding. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and business stakeholders to design, train, and deploy sophisticated models that extract actionable insights from complex image and video datasets. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap, enabling our clients to automate visual processes and enhance decision-making capabilities through state-of-the-art machine learning architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Computer Vision pipelines to solve real-world problems in object detection, segmentation, and image classification for enterprise clients.
- Integrate Vision Language Models (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLM)



to create multimodal systems that interpret and reason over visual content.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency to ensure scalable deployment within production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to curate and refine high-quality datasets, ensuring robust model training and validation processes.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment on project goals and business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and fine-tuning deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and VisionPLUS architectures.
- Proven ability to implement and deploy LLMs and multimodal models, showcasing a deep understanding of transformer-based architectures.
- Robust proficiency in Python and associated data science libraries, combined with the ability to write clean, production-ready code.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a hybrid work environment in Pune, ensuring seamless communication across global teams.
- A Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is preferred, supported by 4 - 10 years of relevant professional experience.
