We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistics, with 4-6 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a transparent and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, data science, and analytics.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language commonly used in data science.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Solid understanding of statistics and probability theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
