Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead the development and implementation of innovative data science methodologies to enhance business processes.

Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and foster qualified growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.

Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.

Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.

Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Competence in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
