Role: Data Management Analyst

Immediate Joiners Only We are seeking a Data Management Analyst to support enterprise Data Governance by ensuring data is trusted, secure, and well-managed. The role focuses on data quality, metadata, master data management (MDM), governance policies, AI governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and improve data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

Manage data quality through profiling, monitoring, remediation, and reporting.

Maintain metadata, business glossary, data catalog, and lineage documentation.

Support Master Data Management (MDM), including data standards and ownership.

Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Support AI governance by promoting responsible data use for AI initiatives.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams on governance and data standards.

Create governance dashboards, scorecards, and issue tracking reports.

Provide guidance and training to data stewards and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvements in governance processes and tools.





Required Skills

Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analysis.

Hands-on expertise in:

Data Quality Management

Metadata Management

Master Data Management (MDM)

Data Catalog & Lineage

Experience with Collibra, Profisee, Databricks, or similar governance tools.

Solid SQL, Python, and Power BI skills.

Understanding of data modeling, governance, compliance, and enterprise data architecture.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Certifications such as CDMP, DGSP, CISA, or Collibra/MDM certifications.

Experience with AI Governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise data governance.

Oil & Gas domain knowledge.
