We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data management Analyst to join our Data enginnering team. This role is in Pune, MH-HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Expertise of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot).
- Understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.
- SQL queries, DAX functions.
- Data modelling, administration, and visualization.




- Data preparation and data warehousing concepts.
- Change Control management.
- Data Governance.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

- Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards
- Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
- Training end-users
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
- Appropriate access controls and data protection measures
