Job Summary

The role is accountable for end-to-end Data Management study delivery, ensuring high-quality clinical data and on-time execution across in-house and outsourced studies. This includes ownership of electronic case report forms and clinical outcome assessments, defining and executing the data management strategy (ingestion, cleaning, reconciliation), managing interim and final database locks, and overseeing archival of DM documentation and study databases. The position leads day-to-day DS&M; operations for in-house studies as the single point of contact and provides robust sponsor oversight for FSP/FSO studies, including protocol training for vendor resources.

Responsibilities

- Manage study execution of trial(s) from start-up through close-out in accordance with study budget and timelines

- Study team s communication/meetings, tracking progress and assessment of risks to timelines or quality of study delivery

- Core member of study team, supporting SDL in quality and data oversight to ensure inspection/audit readiness, including oversight of eTMF completeness

- Set up and maintenance of clinical trial management systems and tracking tools

- Preparation and update of study documents and study plans

- Vendor management

- Country oversight

- Risk management





- Clinical supplies and recruitment materials management

- Coordination of study budget

Requirements

- We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals- Bachelor s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related discipline.

- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in end to end clinical data management,

- Practical experience building and validating electronic data capture systems and study databases like

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to produce explicit study documentation.

Working arrangement

This role is based in India and is hybrid. You will split time onsite with local teams and stakeholders and work remotely. Exact onsite days will be agreed with your manager.
