Role Description The Data Integration Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing ETL processes, maintaining data pipelines, and ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability for business and reporting needs.

The Data Integration

Lead collaborates with business stakeholders, data engineers,



and analysts to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and optimize data models and warehousing structures. The role also involves troubleshooting integration issues, documenting processes and standards, and mentoring team members on best practices in data integration.

Qualifications.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Data Integration and ETL solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, and AWS Redshift.
- Architect and implement data migration, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple systems.
- Drive technical solution design, data modeling, data quality, governance, and security best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team while ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders for roadmap planning, estimations, and solution delivery.
- Strong exposure to CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Talend/DataStage/SSIS, and DevOps-driven delivery models
