We're looking for a robust Data Engineer who can architect, build, and own production-grade data platforms. This is a hands-on IC role; you'll be expected to write code every day, solve complex engineering problems, work directly with clients, and drive technical decisions from design through production.

Requirements

5 years in Data Engineering:

- Apache Kafka (Streaming, DLQ, Replay, Exactly-once).

- Python and/or Java Advanced SQL.

- Batch & Real-time Data Pipelines.

- CDC, Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture.

- Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation Frameworks.

- MDM, Identity Resolution & Golden Records.

- Git, YAML/JSON, Source-to-Target Mapping.

We're Specifically Looking For Someone Who

- Loves being hands-on and building systemsnot just reviewing code.

- Can independently interact with clients and lead technical discussions.

- Takes complete ownership from requirements to production.

- Has worked in a startup or high-growth environment and thrives with ambiguity.

- Can independently own client conversations and technical decisions.

- Financial Reconciliation, Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf), or Mainframe integration experience is a plus.
