Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will serve as the architectural backbone of our data ecosystem, transforming raw information into high-value strategic assets. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable data pipelines that drive critical decision-making.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting robust ingestion frameworks, optimizing complex data models, and ensuring the seamless flow of information across our enterprise systems. By bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights, you will directly influence business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the end-user experience for our global client base across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability for downstream analytics and machine learning applications.
- Optimize data warehouse performance within Snowflake to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for enterprise-level reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support long-term organizational growth.




- Develop automated data quality frameworks to proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable and accurate information.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, documentation, and system architecture to elevate the overall technical standard of the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade data pipelines using Python and Spark, with a deep understanding of distributed computing principles.
- Proven ability to architect and manage large-scale data environments within Snowflake DB, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including the creation of instructional content using Articulate Storyline for internal training and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex data challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 6 - 10 years of skilled experience in data engineering, with a solid academic foundation in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- High degree of adaptability to hybrid work models, maintaining productivity and team cohesion across our distributed offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
