- Design and implement end-to-end data flows : from raw event ingestion to durable storage and richly modeled datasets that fuel our Digital Twin, products, and AI agents.
- Build reliable incremental pipelines supporting deduplication, late-arriving data, watermarking, reprocessing, and reproducible aggregations at scale.
- Model complex context and relationships across machines, production lines, factories, sensors, work orders, and multi-tenant environments.
- Partner with platform, AI, and product teams to expose high-quality datasets through APIs, Digital Twin services, and context graphs.
- Champion software engineering excellence in Python: strong separation of concerns, SQL/data modeling mastery, automated testing (unit, integration, data validation), and observability (metrics, logging, tracing).




- Evolve streaming-first lakehouse architectures using technologies like Kafka/Pub/Sub, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, or similar—handling partitioning, replay, cost-aware scaling, and multi-tenant data contracts.

You will collaborate closely with talented peers across time zones, participate in design and code reviews, and help raise the engineering bar while translating business needs into elegant, maintainable technical solutions.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degrees or equivalent experience welcomed).
- 4+ years building backend platforms, distributed systems, or data-intensive production applications.
- Solid proficiency in Python , SQL , and data modeling with a proven track record of reliable, incremental pipelines.
- Experience designing systems that gracefully handle duplicate, invalid, or late-arriving events while ensuring downstream correctness.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern lakehouse technologies (Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, BigQuery, etc.).
- Familiarity with streaming/messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, NSQ, or similar).
- Strong operational skills: observability, monitoring, backfills, schema evolution, and incident response.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for global, cross-functional collaboration.
