Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure native services (e.g., ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Spark, Python, Databricks) and AWS cloud services (e.g., Databurst).
- Design and build datasets required for Business Analytics in Power BI and Azure Data Warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to software development principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, providing operational support as needed.
- Review and analyze user requirements, and write system specifications to meet business needs.
- Ensure quality design and delivery in line with corporate standards and governance.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, design sessions, and architectural discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in solution delivery for Data Analytics and generating actionable insights for multiple business units.
- Hands-on experience in developing data solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS services,



with a strong emphasis on data integration and transformation.
- Strong SQL skills with extensive experience writing queries and tuning query performance.
- Experience in developing software architectures and building key software components.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, C#, Scala, and relevant open-source frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of Azure data services: Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse.
- Experience in data modeling on Azure DW or AWS, including knowledge of dimensional models, star schemas, and data vaults.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills—listening, speaking, and writing in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering).
