Location: Bangalore Experience: 12-15 Years Sector: Critical Facilities | Data Centers | Architecture & Design Looking for an experienced Senior Designer / Design Manager to lead the design and execution of large-scale Data Center and Critical Facilities projects from concept through completion.

What You'll Do ✅ Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget. ✅ Oversee all project phases including:

- Project setup
- Programming and planning
- Design development
- Documentation
- Construction administration
- Post-occupancy support ✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. ✅ Manage project scope, contracts, fees, budgets, schedules, staffing, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. ✅ Establish clear project objectives and drive teams toward successful outcomes. ✅ Track project financial performance and ensure alignment with contractual requirements. ✅ Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams while fostering collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

- Licensed/Registered Architect preferred
- 12-15 years of professional experience




- Proven experience delivering Data Center / Critical Facilities projects
- Robust understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and building systems
- Experience across the complete project lifecycle
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, scope, and team performance
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-s
- Design Technology Skills Essential - Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Insight, Sefaira, Diva, and/or Ladybug
- Enscape and/or Twinmotion
- BIM-based project delivery workflows Preferred - BIM collaboration and coordination
- Clash detection and consultant coordination
- Revit project setup and troubleshooting
- Information management platforms such as Aconex, Asite, or Newforma
- VR walkthroughs and immersive visualization tools
- Interoperability workflows across design platforms Software Exposure - Revit
